ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
To apply for entry to an undergraduate course, you must have successfully completed the equivalent of an Australian Year 12. An approved university foundation studies or formal Australian Certificate IV can also be taken to meet this entry requirement.
If you successfully completed a certificate, diploma or advanced diploma (or equivalent) you may gain advanced standing into your CQUniversity course.
CQUniversity recognises a number of English tests which can be taken to meet out English language proficiency requirements. The following are the minimum scores required for most of our courses. Some courses require higher scores. Please refer to the Variation Listings for the list of courses and the respective scores required.
Your English test results are valid if no more than two years has lapsed between the final examination result date and the date of commencement of study. Every student will be assessed individually, and other equivalent English preparation, or combinations of English preparation, will be considered.
